Responsibilities:

Membership Sales:

  1. Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive membership sales for Aluminium Magazine, targeting Custom Aluminium Door Window Manufacturers, Brands, and other Aluminium companies.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  3. Create compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value of Aluminium Magazine’s membership.

Lead Generation:

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
  2. Utilize marketing tools and lead generation forms to attract potential subscribers.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  2. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  3. Understand the unique needs of clients and tailor membership solutions to meet their business objectives.

Sales Performance Tracking:

  1. Implement a system for tracking and analysing sales performance.
  2. Generate regular reports on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration with Marketing Team:

  1. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall marketing efforts.
  2. Provide input on marketing materials and campaigns to enhance their effectiveness in attracting new members.

Market Intelligence:

  1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  2. Use market intelligence to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Membership Retention:

  1. Implement strategies to retain existing members and encourage renewal of memberships.
  2. Monitor member satisfaction and address concerns to ensure ongoing value.

Achieving Revenue Targets:

Set ambitious yet achievable revenue targets for membership sales and work diligently to surpass them.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2yrs-3yrs min experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the publishing or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of the aluminium industry and its key players.
  • Excellent Eng. Written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
