Responsibilities:
Membership Sales:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive membership sales for Aluminium Magazine, targeting Custom Aluminium Door Window Manufacturers, Brands, and other Aluminium companies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Create compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value of Aluminium Magazine’s membership.
Lead Generation:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Utilize marketing tools and lead generation forms to attract potential subscribers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Understand the unique needs of clients and tailor membership solutions to meet their business objectives.
Sales Performance Tracking:

- Implement a system for tracking and analysing sales performance.
- Generate regular reports on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration with Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall marketing efforts.
- Provide input on marketing materials and campaigns to enhance their effectiveness in attracting new members.
Market Intelligence:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Use market intelligence to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Membership Retention:
- Implement strategies to retain existing members and encourage renewal of memberships.
- Monitor member satisfaction and address concerns to ensure ongoing value.
Achieving Revenue Targets:
Set ambitious yet achievable revenue targets for membership sales and work diligently to surpass them.
Qualifications:
- Proven 2yrs-3yrs min experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the publishing or media industry.
- Strong understanding of the aluminium industry and its key players.
- Excellent Eng. Written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
